Bahrain Bay
Project overview
This US$ 1.5 billion mixed-use development off the north-east coast Manama will cover a total area of over 1 million square metres. A balance of commercial, retail, residential and leisure areas will be set around the centerpiece of Bahrain Bay – the Kingdom’s first Four Seasons hotel. The project will be developed in three distinct phases, starting with land reclamation and infrastructure development. Designed by the renowned international architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Bahrain Bay will create an ultra-modern urban environment featuring iconic structures.
AMA Group involvement
AMA Group has secured the contract for harbour quay walling, which is valued at US$ 25 million.
