Project overview
A key component of Amwaj Islands, the US$ 120 million Lagoon development is a one-kilometre long waterside commercial freehold development project comprising restaurants, cafes, retail outlets and leisure facilities This project is the first of its type in the Gulf, since commercial space was only previously offered on a rental basis.
AMA Group involvement
With a total contract value approaching US$ 52 million, AMA Group will provide turnkey piling and quay walling services.
